• The abstract text should be written in the relevant field of the submission system.
• The abstract should be between 200 and 500 words in length.
• The abstract must be written in both Turkish and English.
• If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full form of the abbreviation should be given in parentheses.
• The abstract should include the objective, methodology, findings, and conclusions related to the study. (No subheadings should be used.)
• A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 keywords should be provided for the study.
• A participant can be an author in a maximum of 3 papers (only 2 papers if the participant is the sole author).
• The duration of oral presentations will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes.
• The language of the presentations can be either Turkish or English.

• Poster presentations can be prepared in either Turkish or English.
• Poster presentations should be prepared in accordance with the poster presentation template provided on the symposium website. Posters should include sections for the introduction, research objectives, findings, conclusions, recommendations, and references.
• Posters should be prepared using the Times New Roman font. The poster text, tables, and figures should be designed in a way that they can be easily read from a distance of 2 meters, with 1.5 line spacing.
• Since the poster display area is 70 x 90 cm, posters should be prepared in these dimensions.
• Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters themselves.
• The presentation day, venue, and details of the selected posters will be announced to the presenters on the symposium website.
• Posters will remain displayed throughout the symposium. Each poster presenter should be present by their poster during the poster session to provide information about their work.
• Materials needed for hanging posters will be provided by the staff in the poster area. The organizing committee is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the hanging or removal of posters.
• At the end of the designated period, posters should be removed by the poster presenters.
